In addition to CrossFit, Maxability specializes in sports performance training for athletes of all ages.  From recreational soccer to olympic figure skating, we offer one-on-one, small group, and team training for athletes.

Our program is a great opportunity for any young athlete to develop both the physical and mental skills that will benefit them for the rest of their life.  Teaching kids how to move their bodies safely and correctly will prepare them for successful training in the future.  By exposing the athletes to constantly varied movements, we increase their level of skill and preparedness for game time situations.  Athletes who train at Maxability will gain an understanding of the various components that go into a dedicated training program.  Our goal is to provide a fun and motivating environment for individuals to increase overall athleticism through the incorporation of the 10 major skills:
