Our team of coaches has a wide range of experience in youth sports and the development of both professional and Olympic athletes. We pride ourselves on offering the safest and most advanced performance training techniques for competitive athletes. Our clientele is comprised of athletes of all ages involved in a wide range of sports including, but not limited to: football, basketball, hockey, lacrosse, volleyball, figure skating and even professional paint balling. We offer one-on-one, small group and large group sessions that focus on developing the main components of becoming a more efficient athlete.



For adults of all ages interested in getting the most out of their workouts, we offer group classes that employ the CrossFit method of exercise. These sessions offer a high level of personal attention as well as positive reinforcement that can only be experienced in a supportive group environment. CrossFit classes are for motivated individuals who wish to challenge their personal abilities with each workout.  The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect program for any committed individual, regardless of athletic ability or experience.  Before joining our regular CrossFit classes, beginners must go through our “Foundations” program to learn the fundamental movements and lifts.


We also offer personal training sessions by appointment for those who prefer a non-intimidating, one-on-one setting.
