So where do you begin?  Before jumping into our regular CrossFit classes, all new members must complete our Foundations program.  In these beginner classes, the athletes are introduced to the foundational movements and lifts of CrossFit.   During these hour long sessions, a strong emphasis is placed on proper form and technique, ensuring a safe transition into the regular classes upon completion. Members will also participate in WODs (Workout of the day) incorporating these new movements.  These workouts will give your mind and body the challenges needed to move forward to a fun and active lifestyle as a member of our CrossFit community.  Foundations can be completed in a class setting or with private sessions.  Check out our class schedule and pricing options. We encourage you to try out a class to get a better feel for what we do.

If you’re interested in small or large group athletic performance training, please contact us with more information to help us place you in an existing group with similar goals and abilities. If you already know of a few athletes who would like to begin training, even better!  You can start your own group at a time that works best for you.
