So where do you begin? Before committing to anything, we always encourage people to come in and try out a class to get a better feel for what we do.  Upon signing up, all new members must complete our Foundations program.  During these hour long sessions, we introduce you to the foundational movements and lifts of CrossFit.  A strong emphasis is placed on proper form and technique, ensuring a safe transition into the regular classes upon completion.  Foundations can be completed over the course of 2 weeks and includes 2 private sessions with a coach plus access to our daily classes. 

If you’re interested in small or large group athletic performance training, please contact us with more information to help us place you in an existing group with similar goals and abilities. If you already know of a few athletes who would like to begin training, even better!  You can start your own group at a time that works best for you.
