A simple, yet effective explanation. We call it plaque, he calls it fuzz. We need to gradually work towards regaining the full range of motion we once had as youngsters. While we need to be smart about it, we can’t be afraid to move post-injury, as it is so important to maintaining mobility. Oh, and this guy seems pretty awesome too.
