About Robyn Lynch

Before I was introduced to CrossFit in early 2010, I was barely exercising. I was not a competitive athlete growing up and I had no interest in going to the gym. With a little help from Tim, I realized that my current workout regimen (or lack thereof) wasn’t going to cut it, and fitness started becoming a priority in my life. In 2011, I made the decision to leave my office job and join forces with Tim to focus on Maxability full time. Aside from being a risky move financially, I wondered how working long hours together every day might affect our relationship.

Fast forward to present day, I couldn’t be happier with my “job.” I get to spend my days working alongside a team of awesome coaches and training with an amazing community of people who are not just clients, but friends. I am continually inspired by the efforts of our members and coaches, and that serves as motivation to better myself. Whether I’m working with young athletes or adults, my goal is to provide an environment where fitness is fun & hard work is rewarding, a place where you leave feeling accomplished & excited about your progress, an hour of your day well spent. I’m a big believer in the “Strong is the New Skinny” movement and I hope to contribute to the growth of this positive mentality!

Most memorable moments: Getting engaged at the Maxability Christmas party –  Jerilyn and I getting our first muscle up on the same day – The 2013 & 2014 North East Regionals
