WOD
Every 5:00 X 4 Rounds:
Run 400M or 40 Up-Downs
then with a single DB, AMRAP of:
4 Bent Over Rows
3 Swings
2 Front Squats
1 Turkish Get-Up
*Perform all the reps on one arm and then switch arms
