If you missed out last week, we will be at the gym on Friday 3/27 from 11:00am – 12:00pm to sign out small equipment for home use.

We will be trying out virtual classes on Zoom. The first one will be on Sunday 3/29 at 9:00am. The link to join will be posted here and on our Instagram.

Lateral Ball Taps
Junkyard Dog Style Low Hops
5 Step Speed Skaters
800M Run
3 Sets: 15 2-ct Hip Touches + 15 DB Z Press or Strict HSPU
400M Run
3 Sets: 20 Hollow Rocks + 20 Push Press or HSPU
800M Run
*Use one or two objects/weights for the Press & Push Press
