    • OPEN WOD Specific Skills and Mobility. Discuss strategies and practice partial workout.
  • SATURDAYS
    • Gym opens at 8:00am
    • First Open heat at 8:30am, last Open heat at 11:00am
  • SUNDAYS
    • MAX30: 7:30am
    • MAXKIDS: 8:15am
    • First Open heat at 9:00am, last Open heat at 10:30am
    • MAXCF: 11:00am
