SCHEDULE DURING THE OPEN
- THURSDAYS PM CLASSES
- MAXCF: 4:30pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm
- MAX45: 6:30pm
- MAX30: 7:30pm
- OPEN WOD Specific Skills and Mobility. Discuss strategies and practice partial workout.
- Gym opens at 8:00am
- First Open heat at 8:30am, last Open heat at 11:00am
- MAX30: 7:30am
- MAXKIDS: 8:15am
- First Open heat at 9:00am, last Open heat at 10:30am
- MAXCF: 11:00am
