By now many of you know that we have an affiliate subscription to ROMWOD available on the TV in the lounge.
Still wondering what ROMWOD is? It’s a daily online stretching routine that ranges from 15-40 minutes long. The routines are designed with the goals of boosting performance, optimizing range of motion, and accelerating recovery. Many of us aren’t motivated or disciplined enough to take the time out to stretch on our own, so following along with the videos can be a huge help in getting it done. Those who have taken advantage of it have seen and felt the benefits.
Healthy athletes are happy athletes! If you haven’t tried it yet, what are you waiting for? You put your body through a lot. Give it some extra attention. Grab a friend before or after class and get it done.
